Altibox Carrier Appoints Ingrid Vestvik as New CFO to Support Accelerated International Expansion

Stavanger, Norway – December 15, 2025

Altibox Carrier today announced that Ingrid Vestvik has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening the company’s executive team as it enters a new phase of international growth. Vestvik brings deep financial and operational experience from the energy and telecom sectors and returns to the company she helped establish in 2019.

Currently CEO of Lyse Neo, Vestvik has spent nearly three years leading large-scale infrastructure operations and previously held senior positions at Altibox, KPMG, and Telenor. She will assume the CFO role in spring 2026.

“I was part of establishing Altibox Carrier in 2019 and have followed the company closely as a Board Member,” said Vestvik. “With its strong market position, rapidly growing international footprint, and ambitious investment plans, this is an opportunity I simply could not turn down.”

She highlights Altibox Carrier’s financial and operational resilience as a foundation for further expansion.

“This role offers the right balance between strategy and execution,” she added. “I look forward to contributing to the company’s next phase of growth and ensuring that our financial platform supports the scale and pace required.”

Strengthening the Executive Leadership
CEO Svein Arild Ims emphasized the strategic importance of the appointment.

“The CFO position is central to our ability to execute on large infrastructure projects and to manage a capital-intensive business,” said Ims. “Ingrid combines commercial insight with analytical rigor. She will play a key role in securing financing, strengthening our capital structure, and ensuring that we deliver on our long-term strategy.”

He added: “With her deep familiarity with the company, Ingrid will be operational and value adding from day one.”
